We offer a variety of ground and express shipping methods from UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL including free USPS shipping for USA based customers for orders over $25.00, International customers are subject to shipping fees. Shipping options and pricing is calculated and available during the checkout process. All orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of orders being placed with most orders being shipped the same day that it was placed. 
International Customers:  We recommend all international customers choose DHL for their delivery method as they have the best results from our experience. Please note, we are not responsible for duties, taxes, or additional fees when importing our products. Please be aware in many countries you are required to pay these fees upon delivery.

We do our best to ensure the website inventory displays are accurate and up-to-date.  However, if an item is out of stock or on backorder and the website does not reflect this, the rest of the order will ship as scheduled and you will be contacted via email or telephone that the item is out-of-stock. You have the option of cancelling, substituting or waiting for the item to become available again.

We accept returns on all, un-opened and un-used items for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in brand-new, re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements. We do not accept returns on any goods that have been used. 

We warrant all items against DOA (Dead on arrival) at the time of delivery.  We recommend inspecting merchandise as it arrives for any noticeable defects or damages that may have arisen during shipping. Batteries, Chargers and accessories are warranted for 30 days. Clearomizers, tanks and cartridges are warranted for 15 days. Some items carry a specific warranty for these items and will be noted on their individual product page. Warranty is for manufacturer defects only. Most of the manufacturers we carry hold a 1 year warranty from the date of our original purchase from them. We can help put you in touch with the manufacturer beyond our warranty period to solve any outstanding issues regarding damaged or defective goods. We do not accept claims from damage caused by user error or using incompatible chargers, accessories or damage caused by liquid not purchased from us. You MUST have a copy of your receipt along with an RMA for any warranty or return claim. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or warranty claim without a receipt or RMA.

How to Return or File Warranty Claim:
In the event you need to return or exchange your product simply complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), place the RMA form and the item(s) to be exchanged in a padded envelope, and mail it to us at the address indicated on the RMA form. RMA forms can be obtained by clicking here, or by contacting customer service. Processing typicaly takes a few days but can take up to 2 weeks. 
NOTE: All returns or exchange requests MUST be accompanied by an RMA form, be received within 14-30 days from the original delivery date, and include all items to be returned or exchanged. All items being returned for a refund must be in unused and resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange requests that do not meet these requirements.
